SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated based on Federal Express Ground Rates.
Warehouse processing is approximately 3 to 5 business days in addition to the selected freight time.
Products are not available for overnight or rush delivery.

RETURNS

No returns accepted unless authorization has been approved by Lampe Orleans.
Some returns may incur a 15% restocking fee, plus freight.
Damaged or defective products will gladly be exchanged if reported within 7 business days of receipt.

Expected time to deliver by Fedex Ground once package is processed for shipment.
